Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All transactions on 806 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods. Currently supported options are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also available within specified limits.
Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for first-time withdrawals. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
If fraudulent transactions or money laundering are suspected, 806 reserves the right to temporarily suspend activity on any account. The user may be required to submit identity verification documents in such cases.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
806 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violating the Terms & Conditions.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- Operating multiple accounts.
If an account is closed, a verification process must be completed before any valid balance is returned.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
All content on the 806 platform — including logos, designs, software, games, and text — is protected under 806's intellectual property rights. Users may view content for personal use only; copying, distributing, or modifying it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The 806 platform may include content from third-party game providers, whose own terms and conditions may apply. 806 accepts no responsibility for external links or third-party services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
806 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes as far in advance as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
